Henderson c. Procureure générale du Québec 2018 QCCS 1586 (Henderson v. Attorney General of Quebec (500-05-065031-013) is a file at Quebec Superior Court in Montreal contesting numerous provisions of the Act respecting the exercise of the fundamental rights and prerogatives of the Québec people and the Québec State, CQLR c E-20.2, better known as “Bill 99,” a nickname conferred by Judge Michel Côté of Superior Court.
 
Henderson was finally heard on March 20 – 27th, 2017.
 
Madam Justice Claude Dallaire handed down her judgment on April 18, 2018.
 
Henderson then filed a Notice of Appeal on May 10th, 2018.
